This panel will explore existing research on the issue of practical skills training and subsequent recommendations.

B. Panel II: Further Law School Dean Commentary

This panel will further explore the different viewpoints that experts hold with respect to the regulatory body enacting a practical skills requirement.  

C. Panel III: Overview of Possible Regulatory Action– Why, When, How is Key

This panel will facilitate discussion on the motivation behind a regulatory body enacting a practical skills requirement.
