The Board of Trustees reserves the right to alter the order of items, or the start time, to run an effective meeting. If you wish to assure yourself of hearing a particular discussion, please attend the entire meeting.

This meeting is limited to a closed session item, and therefore no oral public comment is required pursuant to California Government Code section 11125.7(e).  Notwithstanding, the Board of Trustees has accepted written public comment. In addition, there will be an oral public comment period at the start of the meeting limited to 30 minutes in  total. The Board may not be able to accommodate all those wishing to make public comment.
