B. Panel Discussion of Differential Performance Based on Question Type, Exam Modality, Administration Settings and Closed/Open Book Options. (Dr. Chad Buckendahl, Dr. Joy Matthews-López, John Weiner)
C. Update on NextGen Exam. (Kellie Earlie, Judith Gundersen, Danette McKinley, Mark Raymond)
D. Recommendation to the Blue Ribbon Commission on Whether the NCBE’s NextGen Exam, a CA-based Bar Exam, or No Exam Should be Adopted for Testing Minimum Competence.
E. Discussion of Next Steps for the Subcommittee.
