The Executive Committee meeting is scheduled concurrently with the Board of Trustees meeting, and will be held in the event there is no quorum of the Board of Trustees.* *Per the Board Policy Manual, the Executive Committee has delegated authority to take action on behalf of the Board of Trustees when obtaining a quorum of the full Board would not be feasible before it is necessary to take action.
